The client wanted to determine the performance of a new type of Helico Axial Multiphase Pump..This involved reduced scale testing of a simple 3 staged unit rotating at 6000 rpm as well as a larger 7 stage unit with a power consumption of 1.2 MW. Swift was also responsible for the design and the operation of the test loops.
